Product Introduction:

The dormitory intelligent power management system features functions such as safe electricity usage, energy-saving management, and precise metering. It is compact, lightweight, and can be installed on a 35mm DIN rail in a small distribution box. It can be installed separately in room boxes or centrally in floor boxes.

Dormitory Module Functions:

Dormitory intelligent management module: A comprehensive intelligent module with 2~4 channels of 16A output. It can achieve single, dual, triple, or quadruple channel metering and control. The energy metering module and intelligent module effectively address sub-item energy consumption metering and ensure accurate identification of prohibited loads.

Communication Management Unit (Data Gateway): A network communication converter that converts RS485 to Ethernet transmission.

Central Control Host:

This is the dormitory administrator's operation terminal device, located at the administrator's station with administrator privileges. It enables operations such as turning lights on/off, electricity sales, and penalties for違規(guī) electricity usage. It serves as the central processing unit, situated in the student management office, with advanced permissions like administrator and programmer rights. It supports operations such as resident account opening, light control, electricity sales/refunds,違規(guī) penalties, and graduation account closures, facilitating data exchange with school management departments.

Installation and Wiring

1. Before installing a new module, inspect its appearance, labels (especially the meter ID address code), and record the details.

2. The module should be installed indoors or in an outdoor meter box with rainproof capability. The meter box should be fixed on a sturdy, fire-resistant wall, recommended installation height not less than 2 meters. The air should be free of corrosive gases.

3. Wire the module according to the wiring diagram on the terminal cover, using copper wires or copper terminals, and tighten all terminal screws.
