I. System Introduction

The building equipment energy-saving controller should be installed in the power distribution cabinet of the controlled equipment, integrating secondary circuits such as relays within the relevant power cabinet.

II. Air Conditioning and Fresh Air Unit System

Monitors the actual electrical power, supply/return air temperature, CO2 concentration, etc., of the unit.

Automatically adjusts the opening of cold/hot water valves and fresh/return air valves to effectively control the system's fresh/return air ratio, total fresh/return air volume, cold/hot water flow, and fan efficiency under different seasons and operating conditions.

Monitors the actual electrical power of ventilation and exhaust fans, with interlocked startup of fans and fire dampers. Energy-saving operation of fans is automatically controlled by the controller through intermittent operation, local exhaust, and CO concentration in basements.

Smoke exhaust combined with ventilation fans prioritize fire protection, automatically switching to high-speed operation upon fire alarm input and stopping other ventilation and exhaust fans.

Water Supply and Drainage System

The software monitors and controls the operating conditions, energy consumption status, and operational efficiency of building mechanical and electrical equipment in real-time. Data on equipment operation and faults are summarized and stored in the system database.
