Civil Air Defense Engineering Environment and Equipment Monitoring System

I. System Overview

This system is based on computer network technology and Internet of Things (IoT) technology. It conducts real-time monitoring, centralized surveillance, early warning, and remote intelligent control and management of environmental parameters within civil air defense engineering and at main entrances/exits, as well as the operational status of numerous decentralized equipment such as protective devices, power transformation and distribution, lighting, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, fire protection, and CBRN defense systems. It also monitors security status and various functional monitoring subsystems. The system enables data integration and sharing, eliminates information silos, and serves as an intelligent management and control system integrating collection, monitoring, and supervision. It reduces the operational and maintenance costs of civil air defense engineering, improves the efficiency of maintenance and management personnel, and enhances the capability to ensure equipment functionality during emergencies.

II. System Structure

The system adopts a fully distributed control system based on bus technology. It is designed in accordance with the "Design Standards for Civil Air Defense Command Engineering," "Intelligent Building Design Standards," and other relevant norms and regulations. The control host, centered around an industrial controller, acts as the core of the distributed system. Through fieldbus technology, it monitors and controls field control cabinets (boxes). Industrial control computers or servers serve as management terminals, enabling flexible on-site and remote management.
