The CRTU-12 Low-Voltage Intelligent Power Distribution Monitoring Device is installed on 0.4KV low-voltage capacitor cabinets, primarily used for reactive power compensation, measuring various electrical parameters of the busbar. It features functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, undercurrent, overtemperature, and voltage/current harmonic protection. When grid parameters exceed the set limits, the controller quickly disconnects the connected capacitors and locks the output to ensure safe operation and extend the capacitor's service life.

The CRTU-12 supports three-phase current measurement, three-phase voltage measurement, three-phase active power measurement, three-phase reactive power measurement, three-phase apparent power measurement, three-phase power factor measurement, frequency measurement, harmonic measurement, and more. It also includes twelve relay outputs and twelve digital input detection functions, with MODBUS (RS485) communication. It uses both power factor and reactive power as control parameters to manage capacitor bank switching.
