Overview SUMMARY

This pump is an upgraded and innovative standard chemical process pump based on the IH pump. It features a single-stage, single-suction, overhung structure, with performance parameters and dimensions compliant with GB5662 (equivalent to ISO2858 standard).

The IJ-type corrosion-resistant chemical alkali pump incorporates an advanced hydraulic model in its design, offering high efficiency and energy-saving performance. The structural design draws from international ANSI standards, featuring a thickened shaft diameter and shortened overhang to enhance operational stability. It can handle working temperatures up to 175°C and transport liquids with suspended particles smaller than 3mm and a solid content of less than 5%. Widely applicable in industries such as alkali, acid, petrochemical, and environmental protection.

Applications APPLICATIONS

● Alkali industry: Used for ammonia brine mother liquor in soda ash and ammonia production, as well as in the co-production of soda ash and ammonium chloride; for caustic soda at room temperature in chlor-alkali production, chlorine products, chlorates, and hypochlorites.

● Non-ferrous metallurgy: Transport of electrolytes for copper and nickel electrolysis, acid mist solutions for cobalt production, slurry solutions for zinc production, ammonium vanadate for vanadium production, and acidic thiourea solutions for gold production.
