Overview SUMMARY
The Xin'anjiang brand soda series horizontal complete vacuum unit is composed of corrosion-resistant pumps, jet pumps, buffer tanks, water pools, check valves, ball valves, pipe fittings, and multiple corrosion-resistant steam jet pumps, among other components.
It features high vacuum, easy installation, corrosion resistance, non-toxicity, large exhaust volume, rational structure, reliable operation, and energy efficiency. It can extract corrosive gases.
Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, food, brewing, metallurgical, environmental protection, laboratory, and other industries for processes such as vacuum absorption, vacuum filtration, vacuum concentration, vacuum drying, vacuum crystallization, vacuum transportation, vacuum deoxygenation, and vacuum oxygenation.
Product Configuration Note
● Centrifugal pump: Reinforced polypropylene, polyvinylidene fluoride, fluoropolymer, fluoroplastic-lined;
● Steam jet pump: Venturi tube lined with graphite, pump body made of cast iron coated with polychlorotrifluoroethylene (F3);
● Nozzle: Stainless steel, brass, silicon carbide, PTFE;
● Special requirements: Install a cooling coil in the water tank, made of graphite-modified polypropylene.
