◆ Overview
The Xin'anjiang brand JZJS corrosion-resistant Roots atmospheric water ring pump vacuum unit is composed of a water ring pump and a Roots pump (also known as a mechanical booster pump) as the main pump (including intermediate pumps), along with an atmospheric ejector pump. The product offers high ultimate vacuum and is available in both corrosion-resistant and standard types.
◆ Features
This unit addresses the long-standing issue of heat generation at the discharge port of the Roots pump (near the water ring pump) and resolves the noise problem when the water ring pump operates near its ultimate pressure. It not only expands the working range but also significantly improves efficiency. The product can be used to pump air and corrosive gases without solid particles, as well as for vacuum transportation of various suspended particles or crystallized organic or inorganic acid solutions.

This unit is widely used in processes such as vacuum evaporation, vacuum filtration, vacuum drying, vacuum concentration, vacuum distillation, and vacuum crystallization in industries including food, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, light textile, metallurgy, and electronics.
