The JZJWLW series Roots oil-free vertical complete vacuum unit is a gas extraction system composed of a ZJC type Roots pump as the main pump and an oil-free vertical vacuum pump as the fore pump. It represents the trend in the vacuum industry for the new century, designed by our company in collaboration with customers to pursue environmental protection, high efficiency, and recyclability.

This unit can achieve a high vacuum above 150Pa, with a small decrease in pumping speed under high vacuum conditions. A tail gas collection device can be installed at the exhaust port to collect non-condensable and non-compressible solidified gases, such as cyclopentadiene, benzene, toluene, alcohols, etc., which are often mistakenly discharged due to their low boiling points and difficulty in collection, causing environmental pollution. It features energy saving, low noise, and a low repair rate.
