Overview SUMMARY
The Xin'anjiang brand JZJS corrosion-resistant Roots water-ring vacuum unit is composed of a water-ring pump and a Roots pump (also known as a mechanical booster pump) as the main pump (including an intermediate pump), with the water-ring pump serving as the backing pump. The product offers a high ultimate vacuum (the ultimate vacuum of a single-stage Roots pump with water ring can reach 150Pa, while that of a two-stage Roots pump with water ring can reach 25Pa). Multi-stage complete units can also be designed according to user requirements to meet higher application fields. Both corrosion-resistant and standard types are available.
This product can be used to pump air and corrosive gases without solid particles, as well as for vacuum transportation of various suspended particles or crystalline organic or inorganic acid liquids (except hypochlorous acid and hydrofluoric acid), to achieve a higher vacuum in sealed containers.
