Multi-section Pipe Fitting Connection Sleeve Assembly Bending-Torsion Combined Rotational Fatigue Test System is used for fatigue testing of drill pipe connection ferrules used in oil field drill pipes, coal mines, etc., under the combined action of rotation and bending moments.

This test system adopts a multi-section pipe fitting connection to realistically simulate working conditions. It uses a grid feedback method for applying loads, with its two main features:

(1) Energy feedback, which not only saves energy but also does not generate heat itself, eliminating the need for water cooling like magnetic powder brakes and eddy current loaders.

(2) Excellent loading characteristics, maintaining constant torque characteristics from zero speed up to the rated speed, unlike eddy current loaders that cannot apply loads at low speeds, thus enabling simulation of various working condition loads (e.g., zero-speed conditions).
