Application
This series of spindles are key components on covering machines, used to helically wrap chemical fiber filaments such as silk, polyester, and fibers like cotton and wool around a spandex core yarn (dual-color or single-color). This process gives the covered yarn both the elasticity of spandex and the appearance and feel of the outer wrapping yarn, providing an ideal covered yarn material for producing elastic woven and knitted fabrics.

III. Main Technical Features The spindle rod is supported by two specialized imported bearings and upper and lower damping rubber, which absorb vibrations and reduce noise. The structure of the high-speed covering spindle is rational, forming a special air circuit within its inner cavity that cools the bearings with air, thereby extending the service life of the bearings.
