High-density calcium silicate insulation board is a type of calcium silicate board developed specifically for non-ferrous metals with a density of 800-1000 kg/m3. It can be used for the transportation, handling, and molding of molten aluminum, as well as in the glass industry. In addition to its inherent thermal insulation properties, its non-stick aluminum characteristic is fully utilized. It boasts high strength and excellent machinability, allowing for the production of dimensionally precise components and complex structures using CNC machinery. In recent years, it has been widely applied in directly buried heating pipelines for thermal power plants, plastic-coated steel pipes, and composite insulation pipes with fiberglass outer jackets. It can also be processed into custom-shaped products. Available in two types: glass fiber reinforced (N-14) and carbon fiber reinforced (N-17).

High-density calcium silicate board is a robust, machinable, asbestos-free, and inorganic calcium silicate thermal insulation material used for transporting, containing, processing, and molding molten aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. It is an ideal material for conveying and controlling the flow of aluminum. Designed to extend equipment lifespan and improve processing characteristics, high-temperature treatment removes excess moisture and minimizes shrinkage that typically occurs during use. These unique boards offer many outstanding advantages. Even when metal cools and solidifies, they do not adhere to it, allowing for easy removal. They do not require casting surface cleaning, thus avoiding metal contamination. They result in less heat loss during molten metal transfer, maintaining a more uniform temperature and enabling processing at lower temperatures. Due to their low heat capacity, preheating is unnecessary. They are crack-resistant, shock-resistant, have a long service life, and offer high cost-effectiveness. Available in glass fiber reinforced (N-14) and carbon fiber reinforced (N-17) types.
