Asbestos-free microporous calcium silicate insulation products are manufactured by mixing raw materials such as diatomaceous earth and reinforcing fibers, then molding and subjecting them to high-temperature steam curing processes to form pipe shells or boards. The products offer advantages including high temperature resistance, excellent thermal insulation performance, high strength, good durability, non-corrosiveness, and pollution-free properties. 1. Temperature resistance ranging from 650°C to 1050°C, which is 300°C to 700°C higher than ultra-fine glass wool products and 150°C to 550°C higher than expanded perlite products.
