The working principle of the fume purifier is as follows: when oil fumes are drawn into the purifier by the fan, larger oil mist droplets and grease particles are effectively captured on the flow distribution plates through mechanical collision and retention. Subsequently, the airflow enters the high-voltage electrostatic field, where the oil fume gas is ionized under the influence of the electric field, causing the oil mist to become charged and mostly degraded and carbonized. Tiny oil particles, driven by the electric field force and airflow, move toward the positive and negative electrode plates of the electric field and are ultimately collected on these plates. These oil particles then flow into the oil collection tray under their own gravity and are discharged through the oil drainage channel. The remaining micron-level oil mist is further degraded by the electric field into carbon dioxide and water, ensuring that the final discharged air is clean.
