Overview

Wire and Cable Slicing Machine complies with the GB/T2951-2008 idt IEC60811 "Common Test Methods for Insulating and Sheathing Materials of Electric Cables and Optical Cables" standard, meeting the requirements for mechanical and physical performance testing of polymer insulation and sheathing materials. It conforms to the following standards:

This machine can be used in conjunction with mechanical performance tests, thermal aging tests, hot elongation tests, and thermal stability tests of samples to meet product standard requirements.

Wire and Cable Slicing Machine meets the "Implementation Rules for the Production License of Wire and Cable Products" implemented on 2009-05-01, serving as testing equipment for plastic-insulated control cables, power cables with rated voltages from 1KV to 35KV, and overhead insulated cables. It also meets the sample preparation requirements for wire and cable "CCC" certification products.

Wire and Cable Slicing Machine uses smooth rollers to control slicing thickness, with smooth rollers feeding and blades performing the slicing. This equipment can prepare various cable samples and features a compact appearance with easy and convenient operation.
