Work Overview:

Currently, the exhaust gas temperature of thermal oil boilers is generally above 150 degrees Celsius. Therefore, this portion of the flue gas temperature can be utilized to heat domestic water for personnel within the plant, reducing energy consumption related to domestic water usage.

System Advantages:
1. The flue gas heat exchanger is made of anti-corrosion materials, ensuring a long service life.
2. The domestic water system employs a constant temperature control system, which not only ensures that the water temperature remains stable at around 60°C but also automatically stops system operation once the water reaches the set temperature, saving electricity consumption.
3. The system operates fully automatically, monitoring operational data in real-time to ensure safe usage.
4. The system is designed for a long service life, typically up to 10 years or more.
