Project Overview:

Currently, wet desulfurization processes are widely used for flue gas desulfurization domestically. This process can reduce the flue gas temperature to around 55°C. At this temperature, the flue gas directly discharged into the atmosphere condenses into water droplets upon cooling, forming "white smoke plumes" under sunlight refraction, causing certain visual pollution to surrounding residents.

Working Principle:

This technical approach utilizes the excellent performance of new heat transfer materials to design and manufacture specialized flue gas reheating equipment. Unlike other equipment, this device has no circulation system and requires no external energy source. It uses the heat from the boiler's flue gas to raise the temperature of the exhaust gas discharged from the chimney, featuring a simple structure, low investment, and low operating costs.
