Work Overview:

Most boilers have an exhaust flue gas temperature above 100°C. Flue gas at this temperature is directly discharged into the atmosphere, resulting in significant heat energy loss. By utilizing the heat from the flue gas at the end of the boiler through a superconducting heat exchanger, the intake air temperature of the blower can be reheated, thereby reducing the boiler's heat energy loss. Through the structural design of the superconducting heat exchanger, the exhaust flue gas temperature can be reduced to as low as 70°C, and the intake air temperature of the blower can be increased by at least 30°C.

2. The reduction in flue gas temperature entering the treatment system benefits both the desulfurization reaction and the operation of the baghouse dust collector.
3. Compared to traditional MGGH heat exchangers, the superconducting material inside the tubes is less prone to corrosion and has a longer service life.
4. The entire heat exchange process incurs no additional costs, achieving true zero energy consumption.
