PP Cabinet Material Description

The standard dimensions are 900*450*1800MM (width*depth*height), available in double-door and four-door configurations (default is double-door). Can be shipped disassembled or assembled (default is disassembled). Other sizes and specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.

Material Description:

1. Cabinet Body: Fully made of 8mm porcelain white PP (polypropylene) sheets, seamlessly hand-welded with matching welding rods to ensure sturdiness and sealing, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

2. Cabinet Door: Made of homogeneous PP sheets, with a 30mm bent door frame thickness to ensure durability and prevent deformation.

3. Viewing Window: Made of 5mm tempered glass.

4. Shelves: Made of porcelain white PP (polypropylene) sheets with raised edges on all sides, fully welded without any waste material拼接. Designed as removable shelves that can be freely placed in suitable layers, allowing flexible space combination. Shelves can be placed on either side; when placed upside down, the raised edges provide some spill prevention. Default perforation sizes: 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, with a total of four shelves.

5. Door Handle: Made of injection-molded PP material with good corrosion resistance. (Color options: navy blue, porcelain white)

6. Door Hinge: Made of injection-molded PP material with good corrosion resistance. (Color options: navy blue, porcelain white)

7. Screws: PP or 304 stainless steel material.
