TOOLOX40 Plastic Mold Steel Introduction:

TOOLOX40 steel is a new type of high-strength wear-resistant tool steel from Sweden. This steel is produced using advanced CSR metallurgical processes and unique heat treatment technology, representing a completely new concept in tool steel. It has very low internal stress, a pure microstructure, excellent etchability, toughness, and weldability, and is suitable for nitriding treatment.

TOOLOX40 mold steel bars are suitable for transparent food container molds;

TOOLOX40 mold steel blocks are suitable for toilet accessories;

TOOLOX40 mold steel round bars are suitable for large home appliance shell molds.

TOOLOX40 Mold Steel Material Supply Condition and Factory Hardness:

TOOLOX40 mold steel bars/plates/round steel/round bars/steel materials/blocks are supplied in a pre-hardened condition, with a factory hardness of approximately 40HRC.

TOOLOX40 Mold Steel Nitriding Treatment Process:

After surface nitriding treatment, the hardness of TOOLOX40 mold steel can reach 62HRC.
