II. About Materials:Materials in this store can be zero-cut, processed as raw material, rough material, finished material, polished plate, vacuum heat-treated + deep cryogenic treated, nitrided.

IV. About Delivery:
For large quantity purchases, door-to-door delivery service is available. Cash on delivery via express or self-pickup from logistics can also be arranged. Negotiable!
V. About Sizes:
All material sizes and saw cuts can be processed according to the tolerance required by the customer. Polished plates can be processed up to a maximum width of 2.2 meters * length of 6 meters. The tolerance for finished plates can be as strict as ±0.02mm. Please contact customer service for details.

If the received goods have quality issues or do not match the ordered dimensions, please provide photos to customer service first. Returns or exchanges are allowed, but no compensation will be provided. Shipping costs will be borne by the seller. If there are no such issues, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
