II. About Materials:Materials in this store can be zero-cut, processed as raw material, rough material, finished material, polished plate, vacuum heat-treated + ultra-deep cryogenic treated, nitrided.

IV. About Delivery:
Bulk purchases can be delivered to your door. We also offer cash on delivery via express or self-pickup from logistics. Negotiable!

All materials can be processed according to the customer's required tolerances. Polished plates can be processed up to 2.2 meters wide * 6 meters long. Finished plates can have tolerances as strict as ±0.02mm. Please contact customer service for details.

If the received goods have quality issues or do not match the order dimensions, please provide photos to customer service first. Returns or exchanges are allowed, but no compensation.
