I. About Pricing:
All material information in our store is valid long-term. Prices fluctuate with daily market conditions. The prices on the link are for reference only. Specific prices are based on the size purchased by the customer. Custom sizes are available.
II. About Materials:Our store offers zero cutting, processing of raw materials, rough materials, finished materials, polished plates, vacuum heat treatment + ultra-deep cryogenic treatment, nitriding treatment.
III. About Invoices:
We can issue ordinary invoices or value-added tax invoices.
IV. About Delivery:
For large quantity purchases, we offer door-to-door delivery service. We also support cash on delivery via express or self-pickup from logistics. Negotiable!
V. About Sizes:
All material sizes and saw cuts can be processed according to the tolerance required by the customer. Polished plates can be processed up to a maximum width of 2.2 meters * length of 6 meters. Finished plates can have a strict tolerance requirement of ±0.02mm. Please contact customer service for details.
VI. About Returns:
If there are quality issues with the received goods or if they do not match the order size, please provide photos to customer service first. Returns or exchanges are allowed, but no compensation will be provided. Shipping costs will be borne by the seller. If there are no such issues, no returns or exchanges are allowed. Thank you for your understanding!
