Working Principle 

High-frequency vibration eliminates friction: Using a vibration motor as the excitation source, when the vibration motor rotates at high speed, it generates periodic high-frequency vibrations against the silo wall, causing the material to detach from the wall and eliminating friction between the material and the silo wall.

Changing material state to overcome internal friction: The material is affected by alternating speed and acceleration, placing it in an unstable state, effectively overcoming the internal friction and cohesive forces of the material, eliminating the relative stability between materials in the silo, and allowing the material to discharge smoothly from the silo outlet.

Structural composition: Mainly consists of two parts: the vibration motor and the base. The vibration motor and the base are tightly fixed together by bolts, and the base is securely installed on the silo wall, forming a single-mass directional forced vibration system.
