Product Working Principle:

From the perspective of the motion trajectory of the screen machine's shaking body, i.e., the screen box, its essence is the reciprocating inertial force generated by the eccentric wheel rotating around a fixed axis. According to the structural characteristics and working principle of the square swing vibrating screen, its screen surface is generally arranged horizontally or with a slight inclination. After the screen machine is started, the shaking body of the screen machine, i.e., the screen box, moves back and forth under the action of inertial force. The screen box drives the screen surface to perform periodic swinging, causing the material on the screen surface to move directionally in a jumping motion along with the screen box. Particles smaller than the screen aperture pass through the screen holes and fall to the lower layer as undersize material, while particles larger than the screen aperture are discharged from the discharge port after continuous tumbling and jumping motions, thus completing the screening process.
