Structural Principle:

1. The motor drives the exciter via a belt to perform circular motion.
2. The exciter drives the screen box to perform reciprocating motion. At the feed end, the motion trajectory of the screen body is a horizontal circular motion.
3. Along the length direction, the motion trajectory gradually changes to an ellipse. The regular and frequent motion ensures that the material spreads evenly on the screen surface. When the material reaches the discharge end, the motion trajectory becomes a reciprocating linear motion.
4. The compound screen can achieve automatic classification of materials. It is a new type of screening equipment where finer particles pass through the screen holes, while larger particles move along the screen surface toward the discharge end.
5. During the motion process, due to the absence of vertical amplitude, the screen mesh is subjected to less force, reducing the risk of damage and preserving the original shape of the material.
