The drag pit bucket elevator is mainly used in coal washing plants and coal preparation plants to lift washed coal and gangue from the lower part of the jig; or to lift large-particle clean coal and fine coal from the drag pit sedimentation tank, allowing the lifted material to dewater automatically in the buckets under gravity during the lifting process. It is one of the commonly used mechanical equipment in coal preparation plants and calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer plants, featuring a simple structure and reliable operation. It is primarily used for lifting washed middlings, gangue, and quenched calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, and is also suitable for conveying other washed lump or granular materials.

Product Features:

The drag pit bucket elevator is mainly used for the transportation and dewatering of post-separation products in coal preparation plants. The installation angle ranges from 55° to 70°, mostly 60°, with an operating speed of 0.16–0.27 m/s. The dewatering time for lump coal is 20–25 seconds, and for fine coal, it is approximately 40–60 seconds. This equipment has a simple structure, reliable operation, long service life, and low maintenance costs. It is primarily used in coal preparation plants in conjunction with jigs for lifting and dewatering post-separation products (including middlings and gangue) and for preliminary dewatering of clean coal.

Structural Composition:
The drag pit bucket elevator is divided into suspended (out-of-pit) and base-mounted (in-pit) types.

The body of the drag pit bucket elevator consists of the head section, open section, enclosed section, in-pit open section, and intermediate supports.
The drive unit, head assembly, and bucket chain assembly of the drag pit bucket elevator share the same structure as the corresponding components of the dewatering bucket elevator. The drag pit bucket elevator and tail assembly are categorized into suspended tail assembly (paired with a suspended tail hopper) and base-mounted tail assembly (directly installed in the pit) based on usage characteristics.
