Mining screens consist of a screen box, vibrating motor, vibration damping system, and base frame.
The screen box is composed of a screen frame, screen plate, and liner plate.
The vibrating motor uses high-performance, long-life vibrating motors as the excitation source. Adjusting the excitation force of the vibrating motor can change the amplitude of the screen.
The vibration damping system consists of rubber springs, clamps, and support seats. The base frame includes a hopper and chassis. This series of vibrating screens can be designed with the vibrating motor installed either above (top vibration type) or below (bottom vibration type), and the vibration dampers can be mounted either seated or suspended. They can also be custom-designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
