It utilizes the rotation of an eccentric shaft (also known as a crank) to drive the participating trough body through the drive link rod and main vibration spring, achieving linear reciprocating motion for material conveying. It is a linear vibrating conveyor suitable for conveying hot used sand, castings, or small batch workpieces in the shakeout section of foundry workshops, providing more convenient transitions for shakeout conveying of flaskless molds. It can also be applied to convey various bulk materials in mining, with no strict requirements on material particle size or humidity. Therefore, this vibrating conveyor has a wide application range and strong adaptability.

Vibrating conveyors are machines that utilize vibration to complete material conveying, mainly composed of the conveying trough, elastic components, excitation device, and damping device. They possess the following characteristics:
