The SH-type rotary screen can perform four-stage screening, with two sections in the finished product area. The SH-type rotary screen comes with a built-in hopper, a扇形 gate at the lower part of the hopper, and a chute in the coarse material section to directly convey coarse materials to transport machinery, facilitating process layout. If customers require only one section in the finished product area, i.e., a three-stage rotary screen, this should be specified when placing an order.

Working Principle:
Trommel screens, cylindrical screens, and rotary screens mainly consist of components such as a motor, reducer, drum device, and frame. The drum device is installed at an incline. The motor is connected to the drum mechanism via the reducer, driving the drum mechanism to rotate around its axis. When materials enter the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, qualified materials (undersize products) are discharged through the screen mesh on the outer circumference of the drum, while unqualified materials (oversize products) are discharged from the end of the drum. The drum device of the SH-type series rotary screen is sealed with a body cover, effectively preventing dust from escaping during operation and eliminating dust pollution. When replacing the screen mesh, simply open the body cover for easy operation.
