Scraper conveyors are suitable for the enclosed transportation of powdery, granular, small lump, and mixed materials at temperatures below 250°C. They are primarily used for horizontal conveying but can also be used for inclined conveying, with a maximum conveying angle of 20°. Scraper conveyors are applicable for transporting various materials in industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal mining, and chemical engineering. They can handle materials with no strict requirements for moisture content and with particle sizes up to 300mm. Scraper conveyors are ideal equipment for material transportation in dusty and humid working environments. They feature a simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, and allow for multiple feeding and discharging points. When used for horizontal conveying, they can be configured for single or double-layer transportation, while inclined conveying is limited to single-layer operation. This type of scraper conveyor is designed for dry conveying and is not suitable for highly viscous materials or fragile materials that require low breakage rates.

This series of scraper conveyors consists of a head section, transition section, intermediate section, scraper assembly, tail section, and drive unit. The standard selection length typically does not exceed 65m. They are mainly divided into two series: steel structure trough boxes and stone slab structure trough boxes.

Structural Features of Scraper Conveyors:

1. The scraper is welded from 16Mn wear-resistant steel plates, making it resistant to breakage and suitable for high-capacity and large-particle material transportation.

2. The head and tail shafts are forged from 40Cr material, processed after quenching and tempering treatment, ensuring excellent mechanical properties.

3. The head frame, tail frame, and transmission frame are made of high-quality 16Mn plates. After welding, stress relief is performed, and the components are machined as a whole, ensuring stable and reliable strength and rigidity.
