Product Overview:

The circular vibrating screen uses an eccentric shaft as the vibration source. The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, which then moves the screen in a circular trajectory—upward, forward, downward, and backward—ensuring that the materials are evenly and quickly passed through the screen mesh to complete the screening process. It is suitable for screening sand and gravel in quarries, and can also be used for product classification in industries such as coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, power, and chemical engineering. It mainly consists of a screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, and damping springs. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and is driven by the motor through a coupling to rotate, generating centrifugal inertial force that forces the screen box to vibrate. For this series of vibrating screens, the screen mesh is the main wearing part. Depending on the material type and user requirements, high-manganese steel woven mesh, perforated screen plates, or rubber screen plates can be used. The screen plates are available in single-layer and double-layer configurations, all of which meet the requirements of high screening efficiency, long service life, and non-clogging holes. This series of vibrating screens is designed for base installation, and the inclination angle of the screen surface can be adjusted by changing the height of the spring support positions. The motor can be installed on the left or right side of the screen frame.

1. The circular vibrating screen is available in both open and enclosed types. This series includes light-duty and heavy-duty models, suitable for screening materials of different particle sizes. When selecting, please specify the voltage system and any explosion-proof requirements.

2. The equipment can be installed in various ways, including base-mounted, suspended, or a combination of both. The vibrating screen can be left-mounted or right-mounted. The motor is considered left-mounted if it is on the left side of the material flow direction and right-mounted if on the right side.

3. This series of vibrating screens is equipped with either metal screen plates or rubber screen plates. The screen surface type and hole size should be specified by the user when placing an order.
