The vacuum conveyor operates by using a vacuum pump to extract air, creating a vacuum state at the suction nozzle inlet and throughout the system. Powder and granular materials are drawn into the nozzle along with external air, forming a material-air flow that travels through the suction pipe to the hopper, where separation of material and air occurs.

The separated material enters the receiving equipment. Conveying and discharging are accomplished through the continuous opening and closing of a pneumatic three-way valve, which is controlled by the control center. Minimal dust environmental pollution, enclosed powder with no leakage:
