OL-FJ-C-2 Fire Fan Controller

Basic Functions:

The OL-FJ-C-2 Fire Fan Controller is the second-generation integrated control device for fire fans independently developed by our company. Installed in the OL-XFKZ(F) series smoke control and exhaust control boxes, it achieves a high degree of standardization and integration in fan control functions.

In accordance with the requirements of various fire regulations for fan control boxes, our company's fan control boxes use an end dual-power supply method to control the start and stop of fire fans and can interconnect with fire dampers and other fire protection systems. The fan can be operated manually and automatically from the fire control room or via on-site buttons, and the device's operating status is fed back through a self-developed module. This product is compact, easy to install, simple to operate, and meets the control requirements for centrifugal and axial fans as required by fire safety standards.

Fire Fan Controller

1. Visual Fault Codes: All faults detected by the controller are displayed as codes, allowing direct identification of the fault cause through a reference table, improving fault repair efficiency.

2. Centralized Control Circuit: Voltage detection, current detection, and fan control logic are all integrated into the controller, reducing the number of components and control wiring, thereby improving production efficiency and system reliability.

3. Quantifiable Parameter Settings: Overcurrent and overvoltage parameters can be set, enabling precise fault alarm parameters.

4. Universal Fan Control Mechanism: This mechanism can be used for both single-speed and dual-speed fans, with the ability to switch between single and dual-speed modes via parameter settings, reducing the number and variety of customer spare parts.

5. Visible Operating Parameters: After the fan controller is powered on, it can display line voltage and current in real time.

6. Operable with Any Phase Missing (Neutral Must Not Be Broken): As long as any one of the three phases is functioning normally, the fan controller can correctly feedback fault signals and transmit fault information via Modbus RTU communication.

7. Control Signals: External button input (passive), emergency, linkage, DDC1, DDC2, controlled, fire damper (can switch between active and passive input directly, programmable).

8. Feedback Signals: Two running signals, automatic control mode signal, controlled signal, fault signal, DDC feedback (programmable).
