Overview of Integrated Building Equipment Monitoring System:

The integrated building equipment monitoring system utilizes intelligent devices that integrate power distribution, control, energy efficiency, energy consumption measurement and analysis, safety alarms, and fieldbus communication to efficiently monitor and manage mechanical and electrical equipment such as air conditioning/fresh air systems, ventilation/exhaust pumps, elevators, and lighting. The building equipment energy-saving controller should be installed in the power distribution cabinet of the controlled equipment. The controller should integrate related secondary circuit systems such as relays within the power distribution cabinet, employing sub-item energy consumption measurement, analysis, energy-saving control strategies, and fieldbus technology to reduce the operational energy consumption of building mechanical and electrical equipment. 3. Air Conditioning/Fresh Air Unit System

Monitor the actual electrical power, supply/return air temperature, CO2 concentration, etc., of the unit.

Automatically adjust the opening of cold/hot water valves and fresh/return air dampers to achieve effective control of the system's fresh/return air ratio, total fresh/return air volume, cold/hot water flow, and fan efficiency under different seasons and operating conditions.
