Instrument Introduction:

The AL-ID12 Intelligent Microwave Digestion System provides a fast and automated solution for sample preparation, accelerating the digestion reaction under high-pressure conditions. It is widely used in food testing, environmental protection, disease control, quality supervision, commodity inspection, scientific research institutes, universities, and other units.

Features:

The instrument adopts non-pulse continuous automatic frequency conversion microwave control, extending the service life of the system and ensuring uniformity of electromagnetic waves. The cavity is made of 47L large-capacity 316L stainless steel with a self-locking buffered explosion-proof door. In case of abnormal reactions, the buffer structure ensures the safety of the operator and the integrity of the door. The door and cavity are tightly sealed, and microwave leakage complies with national standards. The system uses dual temperature and pressure control to monitor and display conditions in real-time. The 360° continuous rotation ensures uniform microwave exposure for all samples, improving consistency in experimental results. Heating automatically stops when the pressure exceeds the set safety value. The rupture membrane provides dual protection: when pressure exceeds its tolerance, the membrane ruptures first to release gas, preventing damage to the vessel and ensuring operator safety.

*13. Main vessel connected to temperature and pressure sensors; auxiliary vessel uses ceramic plugs for rupture membrane fixation. Ceramic plugs remain stable under high temperature.

14. High-throughput sample digestion: up to 12 samples processed simultaneously, with flexibility for 1–12 samples.
