The AL-HS12 Intelligent Microwave Hydrothermal Synthesis System provides a fast and automated solution for samples, accelerating the synthesis reaction speed under high-pressure conditions. It is suitable for the synthesis of nanomaterials, inorganic materials, and high-temperature pressure-resistant systems, widely used in research institutions, universities, and other units.

Features:

The instrument adopts microwave non-pulse continuous automatic frequency conversion control, extending the service life of the equipment and ensuring uniformity of electromagnetic waves. The chamber is specially made of 47L large-capacity 316L stainless steel material. The self-locking buffering explosion-proof furnace door ensures the safety of the operator and the integrity of the furnace door structure in case of abnormal reactions. The furnace door and chamber are tightly sealed, with microwave leakage complying with national standards. The instrument uses a dual temperature and pressure control system to monitor and display the pressure and temperature of synthesis experiments in real time. 360° continuous rotation ensures uniform microwave distribution, guaranteeing consistent microwave conditions for all samples and improving the reproducibility of experimental results. When the pressure inside the vessel exceeds the set protection value, the microwave heating automatically stops. The explosion-proof membrane provides dual safety functions: when the pressure exceeds the membrane's capacity, it ruptures first to release gas, preventing damage to the vessel and ensuring operator safety.
