The monitoring system is the control and management center of the entire DC system. Its main tasks include: long-term automatic monitoring of each functional unit and battery in the system, acquiring various operating parameters and statuses, processing data and operating status in real-time, and controlling the system based on this information to achieve fully automated management of the power supply system. This enhances the reliability of the power supply system and ensures its continuity, safety, and dependability.

This product features the "four remote" functions: remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control, and remote adjustment, meeting the requirements for automation in power plants and unmanned substations in power systems. It is equipped with an RS-232 control interface for easy integration into power station automation systems.

It adopts a distributed monitoring system with a microprocessor as the core, featuring a modular design.

It utilizes a large touch screen with dot-matrix LCD display and CCFL backlight, providing fully Chinese-language display. In addition to real-time display of conventional data measurements and power system operating status, it offers various menus, information prompts, and touch-screen operations, enabling true human-machine interaction.

Through the display screen, signal lights, and audible/visual alarms, it provides indications of various operating statuses, fault types, and fault locations. System faults can be accurately located, making system maintenance simple and effective.

The software and hardware of the monitoring system are designed with an open architecture, allowing for the addition or modification of measurement and control parameters based on user needs.

One set of monitoring system supports monitoring of dual battery banks and busbar segmentation mode, enabling automatic charging management for dual battery groups. The two battery groups are managed completely independently to ensure battery safety.

It monitors dual AC power supply voltages and the status of AC contactors. When one power grid fails, or when grid voltage is too high or too low, or when there is three-phase imbalance, the system automatically switches to the other power supply and triggers an audible/visual alarm.

It detects the output current and fault status of rectifier modules. When a module fails, the monitoring system issues an audible/visual alarm signal and redistributes the load of the rectifier modules.
