Advantages 
    The diaphragm microporous aerator is the latest aeration device developed in the 1980s. It features small bubble diameter, large gas-liquid interface area, uniform bubble diffusion, no pore clogging, and strong corrosion resistance. Tests conducted by the School of Environmental Engineering at Tongji University in Shanghai and the North China Municipal Engineering Design Institute on oxygen transfer in clean water and wastewater, as well as over 50 users' years of application, have shown excellent performance (40% energy reduction compared to conventional fixed spiral aerators, diffuser aerators, and perforated pipe aerators, or a 40% increase in wastewater treatment capacity). It is particularly suitable for new and expanded urban wastewater and large factory aeration tanks, as well as the renovation of old aeration tanks, and the aeration tank can operate intermittently.

Connection and Installation of Aeration Pipelines
    The aeration system consists of aerators, air distribution pipelines, tees, elbows, regulators, connectors, and cleaning devices. The air distribution pipelines are typically arranged in a ring layout, with aerator density based on air supply and tank shape. Aerators are connected to the air distribution pipelines using G3/4 threaded connections, with the base having internal threads (fixed to the air distribution pipeline) and the aerator having external threads. During installation, first secure the regulator to the tank bottom with expansion bolts according to the required dimensions, then fix the air distribution pipeline to the regulator using clamps. To prevent damage from other operations such as welding sparks and construction activities like concrete pouring, aerators should be installed after civil works are completed and before filling the tank with water. To check for leaks in pipelines and connections, fill the tank with water to a level 10 cm above the aerators, then introduce air. If any leaks are found at pipeline connections, address them promptly before正式 operation.

    The air pipeline design should consider pressure balance, preferably forming a ring network. Each inlet pipe should have a valve to facilitate air flow regulation. Design flow velocity for air pipelines: main pipe 10-15 m/s; branch pipe 5 m/s. Installation height of aerator surface from tank bottom: 270mm, 250mm, push plate type 200mm.
