Technical Features

    Pall rings are designed with two layers of rectangular windows on the wall of ordinary Raschig rings. The window leaves overlap at the center of the ring, and the positions of the upper and lower layers of windows are staggered. This reduces resistance, increases gas velocity, and ensures uniform liquid distribution. Under the same pressure drop, the processing capacity can be increased by 50% compared to Raschig rings.

Applications and Suitable Conditions

    Suitable for carbon dioxide degassing towers, ozone contact reaction towers, and other reaction towers as contact packing.
