Testing:

With the calorific value testing instrument powered on, press the on/off key to start it up.

Press the set key, then modify the parameters (sulfur, hydrogen, water) by serial number, and then press the reset key to return to the start interface.

Press the calorific value key and enter the sample weight.

Press the calorific value key again and enter the additive weight.

Continue pressing the calorific value key, and the instrument will start running. The experiment is completed.

Installation steps:
(1) Install the pressure reducer:
Install the oxygen pressure reducer on the oxygen cylinder outlet. Before installation, slightly open the oxygen cylinder valve to blow out impurities and prevent dust and moisture from entering the pressure reducer. When opening the valve, ensure the cylinder outlet does not face anyone to prevent injury from high-pressure gas. (The oxygen cylinder should be placed away from flammable materials and environments.)
(2) Install the oxygen filling device:
Connect one end of the high-pressure oxygen tube of the oxygen filling device to the outlet of the oxygen pressure reducer. Open the oxygen cylinder valve and slowly adjust the pressure reducer handle until the low-pressure gauge indicates 3.0 MPa.
(3) Connect the wires:
Connect one end of the power cable provided with the equipment to the power interface of the calorimeter main unit, and the other end to a compliant 220V, 50Hz AC power source. (Warning: The 220V, 50Hz AC power must have a reliable ground wire.)

New oxygen bombs and newly replaced components (bomb cylinder, bomb head, connecting ring) must undergo a 20.0 MPa hydraulic pressure test and be confirmed problem-free before use. Additionally, regularly inspect structures related to the oxygen bomb's strength, such as the threads of the bomb cylinder and connecting ring, the air inlet valve, air outlet valve, and the connection points between the electrodes and the bomb head. If significant wear or looseness is found, repair should be conducted, and the component must pass a hydraulic pressure test before reuse.
