Weigh 6±0.1 grams of the sample and pour it into the mold ring. (Sample quantity selection: The surface of the test cake should be smooth and not easily crushed, with the displacement of the upper part of the tablet press being 0.1–0.25 mm.) Level it with a scraper, allow the pressing rod to fall freely, rotate the pressing rod by hand, and carefully place the mold at the visual center of the tablet press worktable. Pull the handle to maintain pressure at 15 MPa for 5–10 seconds. Remove the mold and use a rubber bulb to blow away any surface dust. Check if the slide plate is fully pulled out to the "hard sample testing position" or "sample testing position"; otherwise, the instrument will alarm and not function properly. Gently place the pressed sample block into the slide groove with the flat side facing up. Press the "Start" button, and the instrument will automatically perform the test. Once the test is complete, it will automatically print, and the data should be recorded in the log.
