Features and Applications

Jacketed glass reactors are available in double-layer and triple-layer designs, primarily used for experiments such as material synthesis, distillation, and concentration. Double-layer design: The inner layer performs stirring reactions, while the jacket circulates different heating or cooling sources (refrigerant, hot water, or hot oil). It integrates distillation, reflux, separation, collection, and reaction functions, and can operate under normal or negative pressure conditions based on experimental requirements. The triple-layer design features two glass jackets, with the outermost jacket capable of being evacuated to a vacuum state, providing thermal insulation during experiments.
