Product Features:

Uses atomization and drying methods to artificially generate sodium chloride aerosol, with a mass median diameter of aerosol particles of approximately 0.5μm. Sodium chloride aerosol from upstream and downstream of the filter is collected into a burner and burned under a hydrogen flame. The sodium flame light produced by combustion is converted into an electrical current signal and detected by a photoelectric measuring instrument. The current value represents the mass concentration of sodium chloride aerosol, and the filtration efficiency of the filter can be calculated using the measured current value. The sodium salt method testing bench consists of two parts: an air system and a detection system. This system can be divided into a fan room and a testing bench based on layout, covering an area of approximately 20m*5m.

All testing instruments are imported brands; fully automated computer control with automatic data collection and report generation; capable of testing the counting efficiency of coarse and medium-efficiency filters; the testing bench is reasonably structured, aesthetically pleasing, and simple and convenient to operate.
