Automotive Environmental Chamber Temperature Control Test

(1) Temperature range: -40℃~80℃

(2) Temperature accuracy: When the vehicle is stationary, the air temperature uniformity in the chamber is maintained at ±2℃. When subjected to the thermal load impact of the test vehicle, it can be stably controlled within the set temperature. The air temperature fluctuation at the control point 0.5 meters in front of the vehicle is <±1℃, and at general control points, the air temperature fluctuation is <±2℃. There is no condensation on the chamber walls within the temperature range of -40℃ to 60℃.

(3) Emission test: Temperature (H) 5.5 ≤ H ≤ 12.2g H2O/kg air

(4) During Euro 3/4 Type VI test: The humidity in the chamber should be sufficiently low throughout the test to prevent water condensation on the chassis dynamometer roller.

(5) During temperature changes: No frost formation.

(6) Performance test: When the air temperature in the test chamber is 25℃, the relative humidity is 50% RH ±5%.
