Introduction to the FX Series Connector

The FX series straight plug-and-pull connectors are used in applications requiring high-density installation, relatively confined spaces, and where rotational mating and separation are difficult. They are widely applied in military and civilian fields such as radio equipment, infantry gear, rugged computers, medical devices, testing and inspection equipment, audio-video devices, data acquisition, industrial control, and other scenarios for transmitting AC/DC, high-speed, RF, and optical signals.

Features of the FX Series Connector

1. High Speed: Supports direct transmission of various standard protocol high-speed signals (USB2.0, USB3.0, HDMI, SATA, DP, Gigabit Ethernet, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, etc.).

2. The smallest shell size, FX101, has a maximum outer diameter of only 12.4mm.

3. A single connector enables integrated transmission of multiple signals, including low-frequency, power, high-speed, RF, and optical signals.

4. Straight plug-and-pull design allows blind mating and enables quick connection and separation.

5. Features include shielding, sealing, environmental resistance, and long lifespan.

6. Multiple key identifications provide anti-misinsertion functionality.

7. Plug and socket feature a straight push-pull locking structure.

8. The socket adopts a nut-fastened installation form, equipped with a conductive O-ring for shielding and sealing.

9. Socket leakage rate: With a pressure difference of 1×10? Pa, the leakage rate should be <1.0 Pa·cm3/s (excluding optical and RF products).

10. After mating, the plug and socket can withstand water pressure: 2m depth for 24 hours (excluding optical and RF products).

11. Both plugs and sockets can accommodate either pins or sockets (excluding optical and RF products).

12. High-speed and low-frequency electrical contact termination forms: The plug uses wire soldering, while the socket offers two types: wire soldering and straight PCB soldering.

13. Multi-key positioning employs both key structure error prevention and color visual anti-misinsertion methods.
