YJ-0633J High-Precision Drug Viscometer

This instrument, the YJ-0633J High-Precision Drug Viscometer, is manufactured in compliance with the technical requirements specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition, Method 0633 for viscosity determination, as well as the specific conditions stipulated for pharmaceutical excipients. It is compatible with both the Cannon-Fenske (Method 1) and Ubbelohde (Method 2) viscometers. Designed specifically for viscosity testing, the instrument consists of two parts: a water bath and a controller. The constant-temperature viscosity bath provides a stable thermal environment and testing platform; additionally, it can serve as a high-precision bath for other experiments. Key features of this instrument include: full spray-plating treatment for durability, a double-layer tank structure, and a high-precision temperature controller for accurate temperature regulation. Currently, this product is widely used in pharmaceutical manufacturers, drug testing institutes, and other medical industry units.

I. Main Features

1. Accurate and high-precision viscosity measurement requires a constant-temperature environment. The bath temperature remains stable and uniform throughout the tank. Unique design ensures temperature uniformity within the bath reaches ±0.01°C or better, providing a highly stable environment for viscosity experiments.

2. The bath employs a dual-chamber principle and a unique circulation method: the tank is designed with a stirring chamber and a measurement chamber. The liquid level in the measurement chamber remains constant regardless of bath fluid evaporation. The partition between the two chambers can be easily removed for routine cleaning and maintenance. For convenience in cleaning, a drainage valve is designed at the bottom.

3. The temperature controller uses an original imported unit, offering high-precision temperature control with adaptive PID adjustment functionality.

4. Safety: In addition to low bath level alarm and high-temperature cut-off protection, the instrument is equipped with a built-in air leakage protection switch to ensure safety during use.

5. Transparent viewing window and lighting design allow direct observation of the bath interior and testing process. Note: when the temperature is below 20°C, condensation may form on the viewing window, affecting visual observation.

6. The inner tank is made of stainless steel to maximize service life.

7. Multi-station design supports manual measurement for 1 to 6 testing stations.
