Drug Dissolution Tester is a specialized pharmaceutical testing instrument used to detect the dissolution rate of solid preparations (such as tablets, capsules, etc.). It simulates the human gastrointestinal digestive movement process and, when used in conjunction with an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, can measure the dissolution rate of pharmaceutical preparations.

This is an in vitro testing method for controlling the quality of pharmaceutical preparations and has been widely applied in drug research, production, and inspection. The improved dissolution tester uses imported motors, ensuring accurate rotational speed and stable operation. The instrument consists of components such as the cabinet, control system, water bath system, transmission system, and built-in sensors. A precision control system, composed of a single-chip microcomputer, centrally controls all components. The instrument features a high degree of automation, precise control, minimal error, low noise, and ease of operation. The dissolution tester cabinet is composed of the machine head, electrical box, front control panel, water bath tank, and other parts.
