YJ-0904B Visible Foreign Particle Inspection Instrument (Light Scattering Method)

This instrument operates on the principle of light scattering and uses a manual single-sample feeding method. The YJ-0904B Visible Foreign Particle Inspection Instrument (Light Scattering Method) is primarily used for the automatic detection of visible foreign particles (such as glass fragments, metal shavings, fibers, hairs, white spots, white blocks, etc.) in injections (ampoules and vials), and it generates corresponding inspection reports. Utilizing a manual single-sample feeding approach, it detects visible foreign particles in samples by high-speed rotation and dynamic image capture and analysis, fully complying with the requirements of the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" general chapter on light scattering detection methods. The instrument can be calibrated using standard visible foreign particles to ensure detection accuracy. The software includes permission management and audit trail functions, and allows for data and report export and backup.
