YJ-0613C Drug Freezing Point Tester (0-100°C)

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the General Rule 0613 Freezing Point Determination method from the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. It measures the highest temperature at which a drug remains unchanged for a short period when transitioning from liquid to solid. Certain drugs have specific freezing points, and changes in purity can alter the freezing point. Determining the freezing point can help distinguish or examine the degree of purity or impurity of a drug.

I. Main Technical Features

1. The design of this instrument fully complies with the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.

2. The instrument is reasonably designed, easy to install, and convenient to use.

3. The inner and outer test tubes feature ground glass joints for easy operation.

4. The instrument uses a transparent high-borosilicate glass beaker, allowing for excellent observation of the sample.

5. The fixed cover is made of PTFE or stainless steel, offering durability and strong corrosion resistance.

6. A high-precision mercury thermometer ensures temperature accuracy up to 0.1°C.

7. Equipped with a low-temperature constant temperature bath, which is a high-precision constant temperature source with built-in cooling and heating. It can be connected to the constant temperature cup via a hose inside the machine for use as a constant temperature source, providing a controlled, uniform, and stable thermal or cold field for the user.

8. A hidden push-pull drainage pipeline facilitates liquid discharge.

9. Built-in next-generation temperature control program ensures stable operation of the equipment.

10. Fully enclosed compressor unit for refrigeration, with multiple protection devices for overheating and overcurrent in the refrigeration system.

11. Uses an XMT analog digital PID automatic control system with digital temperature display.
12. The inner tank and work surface are made of full stainless steel, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, aesthetics, and corrosion resistance.
13. The constant temperature cup has a capacity of 1000ml, featuring a double-layer jacket design with a threaded nozzle at the top and bottom for connecting hoses to circulate hot or cold media. The outer layer of the glass beaker is flat-bottomed, while the inner layer can be designed as flat or round-bottomed.
